Mooncake Club is an independent, third-party platform. We publish information about renovation contractors and reviews written by members of the public.

We are not a contractor, an agent or a party to any agreement you make. Any quote, contract, payment or work is arranged directly between you and the contractor you choose, and is entirely your own decision.

Including a contractor in the directory, or displaying a high rating, is not a recommendation or a guarantee of their work.

You need an account to write reviews and to save contractors. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done through your account.

Please give accurate details and keep them up to date, and do not impersonate anyone else or create an account on someone else's behalf.

You can request deletion of your account at any time from your profile, which takes 1 to 2 business days.

Reviews must describe your own genuine experience with the contractor. Do not post a review about a company you have not worked with, and do not post on behalf of someone else.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content that is false or misleading, that harasses or insults anyone, that contains another person's private information, or that is spam or advertising.

Photos and videos you upload must be your own, and must show the project you are describing.

You keep ownership of your reviews and media. By posting them, you allow us to display them on the site and to show them to other visitors.

We may remove any review or media that breaks these terms, and anyone can report a review they believe is a problem. When a review is removed, it stops being visible on the site while we keep its record on file.

Contractor profiles display business information such as the company name, address, contact details, website and social media page. This information is shown so that visitors can find and contact contractors.

If you are a contractor and something in your profile is wrong, or you would like it changed or removed, please contact us through the contact page.

All company names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with those companies.

Please use the site as it is intended. Do not attempt to disrupt or overload it, do not try to access data or accounts that are not yours, and do not copy or scrape the directory in bulk.

Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to send unsolicited messages to contractors or other users.

We may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Contractor profiles may link to websites and social media pages that we do not run and do not control. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

The site is provided as it is. Reviews are personal opinions and experiences, not statements of fact by us, and we do not verify every review.

We aim to keep the directory accurate and available, but we cannot promise that every listing is complete, current or error free, or that the site will always be available without interruption.

You should make your own checks, including licences, insurance and references, before hiring any contractor.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The current version always applies to your use of the site.
